Specific Herbs of the Liver to drink as a Tea
In a pan, simmer 1-2 teaspoons of the liver detox herbs in ½-1 pint water for ½ hour.
Drink 1 cup 1-2 times daily to help activate your liver and digestion. It cleanses the gallbladder and also has a good stimulating action on the pancreas.
The herbs in this tea
Barberry bark (full of powerful berberines), caraway seed, eucommia bark, catnip herb, milk thistle seed, phellodendron bark, trigonella seed (fenugreek), comfrey herb, oregon grape root, burdock root, peppermint leaf. Variations of the herbs will from time to time occur.
Drink a cup for your health at least once or twice a week. You’ll come to so like it that it will replace your English cuppa!
